On Design

I feel it when a product gets the balance right — not too clumsy, not too sterile. The kind of interface that makes you pause and think someone actually cared.

On Structure

I'm a sucker for a good mental model. When something is complex, my first instinct is to find the structure inside it — not to simplify, but to make it navigable.

On People

Ten minutes into a conversation, I usually have a sense of whether someone would thrive on my team. I don't know exactly how. But I'm right often enough.

On the User

I understand the business well. I also advocate for the user in rooms where that isn't the easiest position to take. I say what I think is true, even when the room isn't ready.

On the Room

Generally calm. Often too outspoken. Almost always the person who asks the question everyone was thinking but didn't want to ask out loud.

The honest part

I've had periods where work anxiety got the better of me — genuinely difficult stretches I had to work through. I think I'm on the other side of that. But I hold it lightly.

I own consumer product for India's largest ePharmacy — INR 1,800 cr annual revenue, 20%+ YoY growth. Built a team responsible for ePharmacy conversion, retention, and experience from the ground up. Track record: 10% GMV uplift · 7% margin expansion · Care Plan subscribers doubled · 20% telecalling migrated to AI voice bots.

Hold the product seat at the ePharmacy leadership table; accountable for making product investment pay back for the business — and operate as the senior-most product voice for the line
Led publication of brand representation, visual and interface principles, laws, and workflows that product teams across the org now follow to craft high-quality user experiences
Leading the ePharmacy → eDiagnostics cross-sell charter; on track to grow cross-sell 3x, driving a fundamental shift in the 1mg platform retention curve
Led the ePharmacy growth product team; made key changes in content hierarchy, pricing & discounts, shipping fee optimisations, and improved user funnel, resulting in a 10% uplift in GMV and 7% uplift in gross margins
Currently scaling the Trade Generics portfolio as a gross margin improvement lever for ePharmacy; Achieved a 5% improvement in gross margins by driving 10% switches to generic medicines by anchoring value proposition on the product price and quality across user journeys
Led efforts to integrate an AI-based voice bot for telecalling; defined and executed the AI roadmap, establishing evaluation frameworks for voice AI quality, scalability, and cost, and driving 20% migration to AI calling through phased rollout
Leading Tata 1mg's monetisation product; Improved brand budget utilisation by 100% by improving the visibility and conversions of ad units. Worked on the relevance engine to boost ad personalisation
